Netflix's One Piece Series Brings Back Original Voice Cast for Japanese Dub
The original voice actors from the One Piece anime will reprise their roles for the Japanese dub of Netflix's live-action adaptation. Exciting news has just come in for One Piece fans. At Anime Expo 2023 in Los Angeles, fans of the show were treated with a special video from Netflix featuring Mayumi Tanaka, the voice of Monkey D. Luffy in the original anime version of One Piece. In the video, Tanaka could be seen gifting Iñaki Godoy, who plays the live-action Luffy, with the character's straw hat to officially welcome the actor into the Straw Hats.
